For businesses

Workplace and occupational health podiatry

Feet and ankles are a large share of lost-time injuries in physical work, and most of it is preventable. We provide screening, footwear programs, injury prevention and on-site clinics to employers in Perth and the Pilbara, on a contracted basis.

What we provide

Pre-employment and periodic screening

Fitness and functional screening of the foot, ankle and lower limb against the demands of the role, with ongoing monitoring and review where required.

Footwear and work boot programs

Assessment of the boots your people actually wear, fit and specification advice, and a program for workers with existing foot problems so that boots stop being the reason they cannot work.

Injury prevention and diabetic foot screening

Lower-limb injury prevention for people who stand all shift, and diabetic foot risk screening for workforces where prevalence is high. Education sessions for supervisors and crews.

On-site and camp clinics

A podiatrist on site or in camp on a contracted schedule, in Perth or the Pilbara, treating problems early rather than after a lost-time injury.

How we work with you

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the roles, the sites and the problems you are already seeing. From that we propose a scope, a schedule and a price, usually a day rate plus a per-screen fee.

  1. 1

    Scope

We agree what is assessed, where, how often, and what you receive back.

  2. 2

    Delivery

Screening and clinics use standard assessment protocols so results are comparable across sites and over time.

  3. 3

    Reporting

You receive aggregate, de-identified reporting in the format and detail you need. Individual clinical information stays between the worker and the podiatrist.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

Workers who need treatment are seen at Booragoon or on the next site visit, with their consent, and your program data shows the outcome.

Perth

Screening and education at your premises or at our Booragoon clinic. Suits warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and hospitality workforces.

The Pilbara

On-site and camp clinics scheduled around our Karratha visits, or on a dedicated schedule for larger workforces. We also work with the occupational health providers that already service the major operators.

Our Pilbara clinics

To confirm: existing clients or programs that can be named, and any accreditation to cite.
