Karratha & the Pilbara

Specialist foot and ankle care, without the trip to Perth

Our podiatrists visit Karratha regularly. Most problems are treated on the spot; the few that need surgery or specialised equipment are planned so that one trip to Perth does the job.

On visit days

Consultations, ingrown toenail procedures, diabetic foot assessments, injury management, orthotic prescription and children’s podiatry, all in Karratha. Bookings are made through the host clinic.

Between visits

Telehealth follow-up for anything that does not need hands-on care, and a direct line to the practice for questions about a treatment already underway.

When Perth is needed

Surgery, shockwave and Swift are Perth-only. We plan these around your existing travel, and for fly-in fly-out workers, around your roster.

Visit schedule

Dates are published about three months ahead and shared with the host clinic, local GPs and the community noticeboards. To be told about the next visit, leave your details with the host clinic or call us.

Workplace and occupational health

Why we come to the Pilbara

There is very little specialist foot and ankle care north of Perth, and a lot of people whose feet carry them through twelve-hour shifts. We have visited Karratha for some time and want to do more of it, including giving our graduate podiatrists a rotation in the region.

To confirm: how long FALL has been visiting, and any named partners to acknowledge.
